2009 Salary Survey
Region
Region Information

The purpose of the 2009 salary survey project was to gain data that Minnesota ABE programs and teachers can use. ABE managers often want to know how their programs' compensation compared with that of other programs similar to their own.  The 100-question survey was written by the Professional Issues Committee and posted on the Survey Monkey website. Links to the survey were sent to Minnesota ABE managers. Knowing that ABE programs often span multiple school districts with varying compensation plans, we asked ABE managers to forward the survey link to leadership at sites within their consortia. We received 42 responses.
